A Branch for Each New Sky
What if each lifetime was a chance to heal the past?
In 13th-century Wales, a peasant girl dares to defy the limits of her station, risking risking everything for the chance to choose a different life. In modern-day Michigan, a young woman begins experiencing glimpses of a medieval life that feels less like imagination and more like memory. As the boundary between past and present blurs, she dares to break centuries-old patterns and forge a new path.
Spanning lifetimes, A Branch for Each New Sky explores how the past echoes through current lives, the evolution of women's choice across centuries, and what it takes to finally choose a life of one's own.

About Me
After nearly 30 years as a child welfare advocate, I turn to fiction to explore the historical evolution of social issues through the lens of human experience and the metaphysical.
My first novel - A Branch for Each New Sky - is a dual timeline story set in medieval Wales and modern-day Michigan.
I live in Colorado with my husband, two sons and Golden Retriever, Woody. You might also find me singing with a blues/rock band, Dive Bar Diva.
